Follow My Book Blog Friday and Book Blogger hop

So Follow my Blog Friday is a meme held by Parajunkee and it's where you answer the weekly question and then link yourself and you go and check out other blogs of your interest.

What do I do when I are not reading?

I can most likely be found hula hooping or writing reviews. Both are passions of mine. I also might be swimming, but we are not getting warm summer weather here right now. I'm talking 57 degrees out.

Book Blogger HopBook Blogger Hop is a weekly meme hosted by Crazy For Books made to help showcase your blog to other bloggers out there with the same interests!

How/Where do you get your books? Do you buy them or go to the library? Is there a certain website you use like paperbackswap?

Most of my books come from the library or my local bookstore. The only online place I get books from is Chapters.

  1. i would like to trade your 57degrees my 90+degrees...looking forward to the low 80s tomorrow.

  2. I used to spend all day swimming. Can't do that anymore. So here's hoping it warms up for you soon so you can take a dip. New follower.

  3. Hopping through. Wow, hula hooping is unique. Where do you live that it's so cold in the summer?

  4. Wow. Wished I could learn to hula hoop. Hope it'll warm up for your swimming. Happy weekends!

  5. Hi,

I'm a new follower. Hula Hooping is awesome, I used to love it as a kid. I still do it occasionally... on the Wii since I'm a disaster with large objects. =D

  8. Where are you at that it's only 57 degrees? We've been having 100 degree temps for the last 3 weeks and my air conditioner has been running non stop. The couple of nights tho has been cool enough to turn it off for a little while if the fan is on hi and right on me. =D

  9. New follower here! :-))

So cool that you do hula hooping! I'm pretty bad at it... can't get to stay there very long! Lol!

Please stop by my Follow Friday post:

    Have a great Friday! :D

  10. Hey,

  14. Hello, new follower here :)

I know, it is not very warm here in NY either! I LOVE hot weather, and NY only gets a month or two of really good, hot weather, and I try to get outside, soak up the sun and go swimming as much as I can! I think I need to move to Florida actually haha...

You can see my FF post for this week at the link below! :)

  17. Hi! I'm new to #FF, but have a happy friday and have a great weekend! New follower
    Check out my #FF

  18. I’m seeing a pattern of book acquisition here. After all, there are just so many places to get books and so many different ways to read them.

It’s hard to beat the library for price and selection but it’s even harder to beat the convenience of browsing BN or Amazon from a Nook or Kindle, hitting a button and reading the book you picked in about sixty seconds.

As usual, my answer to this week’s Book Blogger Hop question is all over the map. Hop on over and read my multipart answer –

  19. It's over a 100 degrees out here :) I used to love hula hooping when I was younger. I was good...then.

  20. I can't Hula Hoop for my life hahahah

    new follower!

    check out mine!

  21. I'm jealous -- I've always wanted to be able to hula hoop! But it just never stays on my hips. x) I can hula hoop on my arms and legs, though, if that counts!

Hope you have an awesome weekend! :)

  22. New follower stopping by....
