Just hopping through.... Hear! Hear! Escape - that is one of my main reasons for reading YA too. It's fun just to lose oneself in these fantastic worlds that the YA authors are able to create.

I find the different creatures a distraction (for the most part). There are exceptions to that.

I read more than one genre. But there are a few genres I don't read. Come see what I do and don't read.

Well.. paranormal isn't my genre of choice but I understand the appeal of it. Personally, I tend to go all over the place with my reading.
