RazOrbill is a brand new web experience from Penguin Books Canada, it provides a place for everyone to speak their mind and discuss YA books, blogger or not. The site itself launched on January 17th. Not only does it give you the conversation aspect, but it also gives you access to author chats, live streams of events, first looks at upcoming titles, and opportunities to get your hands on hot and upcoming titles.
